Any variation within a show-cases, for example caused by an arm attempting to insert inside.

Unlike ultrasonic glass break detectors, this detector is not limited to detect breaking glass , but rather detects any change in volume within the window without the disadvantages of PIR sensors , detecting a movement of heat , unsuitable for efficient use under glass , given the detection principle .
Indeed, the show-cases are often subject to variations in heat , either by sunlight or any external heat source (heating) or internal ( lighting) making them unusable IRP in this context.
